Environment-friendly high-strength sealant composition and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses an environment-friendly high-strength sealant composition which is composed of acrylic modified waterborne polyurethane, modified vegetable protein glue, a waterborne thickener, a waterborne curing agent, a waterborne flatting agent, a waterborne antioxidant, nano SiO2 and a waterborne dispersant. Compared with the prior art, the environment-friendly high-strength sealant composition has the advantages that by introducing the modified vegetable protein glue which is low in cost, waterproofness and binding strength are improved obviously; by introducing the acrylic modified waterborne polyurethane, hydroxyl-containing acrylate oligomer is adopted to be in grafting reaction with polyurethane, and then a netty structure is formed through crosslinking by a crosslinking agent, so that reaction is more sufficient, and monomer residue amount is low; by adopting polyepoxy propanol is adopted to treat the surface of SiO2, binding force with size is improved, and comprehensive performance of colloid is improved. A preparation method of the environment-friendly high-strength sealant composition meets environment protection requirements, damage of formaldehyde is avoided, and production process is simple and low in cost.
本发明公开一种环保高强度密封胶组合物,由丙烯酸改性水性聚氨酯、改性植物蛋白胶、水性增稠剂、水性固化剂、水性流平剂、水性抗氧化剂份、纳米SiO2、水性分散剂组成。与现有技术相比,本发明的环保高强度密封胶组合物通过引入改性植物蛋白胶,成本低,在耐水性和粘结强度方面都有了明显提高;引入丙烯酸改性水性聚氨酯,采用含羟基的丙烯酸酯类低聚物与聚氨酯发生接枝反应,再通过交联剂交联形成网状结构,反应更充分,实现单体残留量低;采用聚环氧丙醇对SiO2进行表面处理,改善了与胶料间的结合力,使胶体综合性能提高;本发明的环保高强度密封胶组合物制备方法符合环保要求,避免了甲醛的危害,生产工艺简单、成本低。
