Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of electric transmission and distribution circuits, and especially relates to an environment-friendly heat-conductive silicon grease composition, and a preparation method and application thereof. The environment-friendly heat-conductive silicon grease composition comprises 15wt%-25wt% of methyl silicone oil, 60wt%-80wt% of aluminum nitride or silicon carbide, 6wt%-20wt% of fly ash and 20wt%-30wt% of a dispersant. The preparation method comprises (1) weighing methyl silicone oil, fly ash and the dispersant according to the proportions, and putting the weighed materials in a container and performing uniform stirring; and (2) after the mixture in the step (1) is uniformly stirred, adding weighed aluminium nitride powder or silicon carbide powder into the containers, and performing stirring, so as to obtain the environment-friendly heat-conductive silicon grease composition after uniform stirring. The environment-friendly heat-conductive silicon grease composition has relatively good heat conductivity and friction-reducing antiwear performance, and can satisfy requirements of the electric transmission and distribution circuits for heat conductivity and high temperature resistance of lubricating grease.
本发明属于输变电线路技术领域,特别涉及一种环保型导热硅脂组合物及其制备方法和应用。所述环保型导热硅脂组合物包括15wt%~25wt%的甲基硅油、60wt%~80wt%氮化铝或碳化硅、6wt%~20wt%粉煤灰和20wt%~30wt%的分散剂。其制备方法为:(1)按照各组分的含量,称取甲基硅油、粉煤灰和分散剂,放入容器内搅拌均匀;(2)待步骤(1)中的混合物搅拌均匀后,再把称好的碳化硅粉末或者碳化硅粉末加入容器内搅拌,搅拌均匀后即制得所述的环保型导热硅脂组合物。本发明的环保型导热硅脂组合物具有较好的导热和减摩抗磨性能,可满足输变电线路对润滑脂的导热和耐高温的要求。
