Abstract

The invention discloses a flat plate vulcanizing machine for preparation of a 125-DEG C irradiation crosslinking thermal shrink tube material. An upper cross beam is mounted on vertical columns through guide sleeves and the upper cross beam can move up and down along the vertical columns, guide rails are mounted on the top surface of a base, a movable platform is mounted on the guide rails, a mould-pushing oil cylinder is mounted on the base, and a piston rod of the mould-pushing oil cylinder is mounted on the left side face of the movable platform; and two piston rods of an auxiliary oil cylinder are mounted on the base, a plunger is mounted on a cylinder body of the auxiliary oil cylinder, a piston rod of a mould opening oil cylinder is mounted on the base, two mould opening kicker pins are mounted on the cylinder body of the mould opening oil cylinder, and a mould opening kicker plate is mounted on the mould opening kicker pins. According to the flat plate vulcanizing machine for preparation of the 125-DEG C irradiation crosslinking thermal shrink tube material, the rising and falling speed of the movable platform can be increased, power consumption can also be reduced, and energy is saved.
本发明公开了一种125℃辐照交联热缩管料制备用平板硫化机,所述的上横梁通过导套安装在立柱上且上横梁可沿立柱上下移动,所述的导轨安装在底座的顶面上,所述的可动平台安装在导轨上,所述的推模油缸安装在底座上且推模油缸的活塞杆安装在可动平台左侧面上,两个所述的辅助油缸的活塞杆安装在底座上,所述的柱塞安装在辅助油缸的缸体上,所述的开模油缸的活塞杆安装在底座上,两个所述的开模顶杆安装在开模油缸的缸体上,所述的开模顶板安装在开模顶杆上。本发明既可以提高可动平台上升和下降速度,又可以减少功率消耗且节省能源。
