Abstract

一种自动化包装机器人,该包装机器人的第一气缸安装在第一连接板上,模具安装在第一气缸上,第一接近开关安装在模具上,第三接近开关安装在模具底部,第一粘块安装在模具四周,第二气缸安装在第二连接板上,第二粘块安装在第二气缸上,滑槽焊接在移动板上并安装于滑杆上,移动板下端与丝杆相连,包装机构安装在移动板上,包装纸放在包装机构内。该包装机器人采用同步开闭的形式进行包装,且能够在一个工序内完成产品包装的全过程,还可用PLC控制,具有极高的效率。
The invention provides an automatic packaging robot. A first air cylinder of the packaging robot is installed on a first connection plate, a die is installed on the first air cylinder, a first approach switch is installed on the die, and a third approach switch is installed at the bottom of the die; first sticking blocks are installed at the periphery of the die, a second air cylinder is installed on a second connection plate, and a second sticking block is installed on the second air cylinder; and sliding chutes are welded to a movable plate and installed on a sliding rod, the lower end of the movable plate is connected with a lead screw, a packaging mechanism is installed on the movable plate, and packaging paper is placed in the packaging mechanism. A synchronous opening-closing manner is adopted for the packaging robot for packaging, the whole process of product packaging can be completed in a working procedure, PLC control can also be achieved, and extremely high efficiency is achieved.
