Abstract

本发明涉及数控机床刀具性能检测装置及检测方法,属于机械加工设备检测与应用领域,解决在刀具性能参数检测中需人为安装传感器、测试结果受偶然因素干扰、检测指标不足问题;包括试验件模块、检测仓模块、采集分析模块;试验件模块在试验刀具模拟切削加工板时检测相关参数;检测仓模块对加工板表面加工精度进行检测;采集分析模块采集检测数据;检测方法包括步骤:1、定位安装及调试传感器;2、确定切削参数以及切削路径;3、对试验件进行切削加工;4、存储振动、噪声、三个坐标轴方向的切削力和切削温度数据;5、利用表面粗糙度检测仪、表面检测摄像头对加工板表面进行表面粗糙度、形位公差检测;6、采集数据传回信号采集仪。
The invention relates to a cutter performance detection device for a numerical control machine tool and a detection method, belonging to the field of mechanical machining equipment detection and application. The invention solves the problems that a sensor needs to be mounted by people during cutter performance parameter detection, the test result is disturbed by accidental factors, and the detection indexes are inadequate. The cutter performance detection device comprises a test piece module, a detection warehouse module and a collection and analysis module, wherein the test piece module is used for detecting relevant parameters when a test cutter simulates a cutting processing plate; the detection warehouse module is used for detecting the surface processing precision of the processing plate; and the collection and analysis module is used for collecting detection data. The detection method comprises the steps: 1, positioning, mounting and debugging the sensor; 2, determining cutting parameters and a cutting path; 3, cutting the test piece; 4, storing data of vibration, noise and cutting fore and cutting temperature of three coordinate directions; 5, detecting surface roughness and form and location tolerance of the processing plate surface by using a surface roughness detector and a surface detection camera; and 6, sending back the collected data to a signal collector.
