Abstract

The invention discloses a magnetic suction sand shooting mechanism. The mechanism comprises a sand storage funnel and a gate switch part; and the gate switch part is arranged at the lower part of the sand storage funnel. The mechanism is characterized in that the gate switch part comprises a gate switch, an anti-friction part and a limiting part; the gate switch is arranged in the gate switch part, consists of left and right gates, and is embedded in the anti-friction part; the gate switch adopts a magnetic material; the anti-friction part is arranged at the middle part of the gate switch part, and comprises multiple anti-friction pulley sets inside; the gate switch is arranged at the middle parts of the anti-friction pulley sets; the limiting part is arranged on the outer side of the gate switch part, and is provided with an electromagnet inside; and the electromagnet can generate a magnetic field under the electrifying condition. The sand shooting mechanism controls opening and closing of the gates through the effect of magnetic force, replaces traditional manual gate opening or closing operation, and improves the automatic application degree.
本发明公开了一种磁吸式射砂机构,它包括储砂漏斗及闸门开关部,所述的闸门开关部设置在所述的储砂漏斗的下部,其特征在于,所述的闸门开关部包括闸门开关、防摩擦部及限位部;所述的闸门开关设置在闸门开关部的内部,由左、右闸门组成,内嵌于所述的防摩擦部内部,所述的闸门开关为磁性材料;所述的防摩擦部设置在闸门开关部的中部,内部包括多个防摩擦滑轮组,所述的闸门开关设置在所述防摩擦滑轮组的中部;所述的限位部设置在闸门开关部外侧,其内部设有电磁铁,所述的电磁铁可在通电的情况下产生磁场。本发明通过磁力作用控制射砂机构闸门打开或关闭,以替代传统的手工闸门打开或关闭操作,提高自动化应用程度。
