Abstract

本发明涉及一种臭氧非均相氧化固体催化剂的制备方法,属环保和化工催化剂技术领域。用珍珠岩、钠长石、膨润土、杂卤石、镁尖晶石和橄榄岩作载体经次氯酸锂和双(乙酰丙酮)铍扩孔后,加入2,6‑二(二乙氨基甲基)‑4‑壬基酚‑氯化苯季铵盐在超声波作用进行活化处理后,载体在水热反应釜中与复合矿化剂硼砂和硫酸钾,催化活性助剂前驱物1,1,1‑三氟乙酰丙酮钕、三(6,6,7,7,8,8,8‑七氟‑2,2‑二甲基‑3,5‑ 辛烯二酮)镝(III)、三氟甲烷磺酸铥(III)、碳酸镥水合物,催化活性中心前驱物葡萄糖酸钴、柠檬酸镍和二硫氰酸根合银(I)酸钾、二氯二氨合铂,在乳化剂N‑十烷基二甲基‑N’‑三甲基‑2‑羟丙基二氯化铵作用下进行水热反应,烘干除去水分后在马弗炉内灼烧得到臭氧非均相氧化固体催化剂。
The invention relates to a preparation method of an ozone heterogeneous oxidation solid catalyst and belongs to the technical field of environment protection and chemical engineering catalysts. The preparation method includes using perlite, albite, bentonite, polyhalite, magnesium spinel and olivinite as carriers; subjecting the carriers to pore expanding through lithium hypochlorite and bis(acetylacetone)beryllium, and adding a surfactant 2, 6-di(diethylamino methyl)-4-nonyl phenol-chlorobenzene quaternary ammonium salt, activating under ultrasonic action; enabling the activated carriers to be in hydrothermal reaction with composite mineralizing agent borax and potassium sulfate, catalytic active auxiliary precursor 1, 1, 1-trifluoroacetylacetone neodymium, tri(6, 6, 7, 7, 8, 8, 8-heptafluoro-2, 2-dimethyl-3, 5-octene diketone)dysprosium (III), trifluoromethane thulium sulfonate (III) and lutenium carbonate hydrate and catalytic activity central precursor cobalt gluconate, nickel citrate, silver dithiocyanate (I) acid potassium and cis-dichlorodiamineplatinum in a hydrothermal reaction kettle under action of an emulsifier N-decaalkyl dimethyl-N'-trimethyl-2-hydroxypropyl ammonium dichloride; drying for removing water; firing in a muffle furnace to obtain the ozone heterogeneous oxidation solid catalyst.
