Abstract

The invention provides an intelligent surface processing method and device. The method comprises that product process flow parameters corresponding to different coding numbers are created in a flow editing interface of a host computer according to parameters input by a user; according to the preset correspondence between product material numbers and product process flow numbers, a product material number corresponding to the product process flow number is obtained; and the surface of the product is processed according to the product material number and the product process flow number. Thus, a client of an intelligent program needs only to modify or edit a flow table and create different flow tables, so that a material member corresponds to the flow table, and aims of the client can be achieved; and a user can modify the steps of a product process procedure in the interface randomly, technical grooves can be selected at will, immersion time of each station in each procedure can be changes within the range of user requirements at will, and the product is produced according to the adjusted new operation steps and immersion time.
本发明实施例提供的一种智能表面处理的方法及装置。所述方法包括:在上位机流程编辑界面根据用户输入的参数,创建不同编码代号对应的产品工艺流程参数;根据预设的产品料号与所述产品工艺流程号的对应关系,获取与所述产品工艺流程号对应的产品料号;根据所述产品料号和所述产品工艺流程参数进行产品的表面处理。从而利用智能程序客户只需要修改/编辑流程表,创建不同的流程表,让料件与流程表对应,就能达到自己的目的;用户在界面上任意修改产品制程工序的步骤的变化,而且工艺槽可任意选择,工序上的每個工位的浸泡時間可任意的在用户需求范围內改变,产品根据调整后新的工序步骤及浸泡时间生产运行。
