本发明提供了一种汽车门槛结构,包括侧围外板、门槛内板、A柱下加强板及门槛外板加强板,所述门槛外板加强板设于所述侧围外板与所述门槛内板之间的,所述A柱下加强板设于所述侧围外板与所述门槛外板加强板之间,所述门槛外板加强板两端均为开口结构,所述门槛外板加强板前端设有前翻边,所述前翻边下侧与所述A柱下加强板焊接在一起。门槛外板加强板两端均为开口结构,所述门槛外板加强板前端设有前翻边,所述前翻边下侧与所述A柱下加强板焊接在一起,这样不仅能够用普通成型模具就能完成冲压,降低了模具的投入成本,而且还大大提高力的传递性,加强了车身强度。
The invention provides an automobile doorsill structure which comprises a body side outer plate, a doorsill inner plate, an A column lower reinforcing plate and a doorsill outer plate reinforcing plate. The doorsill outer plate reinforcing plate is arranged between the body side outer plate and the doorsill inner plate. The A column lower reinforcing plate is arranged between the body side outer plate and the doorsill outer plate reinforcing plate. The two ends of the doorsill outer plate reinforcing plate are both open. The front end of the doorsill outer plate reinforcing plate is provided with a front flange. The lower side of the front flange and the A column lower reinforcing plate are welded together. In this way, stamping can be completed through a common forming die, investment cost of the die is reduced, force transitivity is further greatly improved, and automobile body strength is improved.
