Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型振动器,包括活塞杆、顶板、重锤和平板,所述活塞杆上端固定在所述顶板上,所述活塞杆下端固定在所述平板上,所述活塞杆的内部设置有上液压油道和下液压油道,所述上液压油道和所述下液压油道的入口处连接有电液伺服阀,所述顶板和所述平板之间还设置有支撑杆,所述支撑杆均穿过所述重锤,所述重锤的中心安装有衬套,所述活塞杆穿过所述重锤的中心。有益效果在于:通过在所述活塞杆内部开设油道,避免了油液对振动部分产生转动力矩,避免了所述支撑杆的弯曲变形,降低了所述重锤垂直运动的阻力,从而增大了震源输出力,消除了震源结构产生的随机噪音干扰,改善震源激发波的信噪比。
The invention discloses a novel vibrator comprising a piston rod, a roof plate, a hammer, and a flat plate. The upper end of the piston rod is fixed to the roof plate, and the lower end of the piston rod is fixed to the flat plate. An upper hydraulic oil channel and a lower hydraulic oil channel are arranged inside the piston rod. Electro-hydraulic servo valves are connected to the inlets of the upper hydraulic oil channel and the lower hydraulic oil channel. Support rods are arranged between the roof plate and the flat plate. The support rods all penetrate through the hammer. A bushing is installed in the center of the hammer. The piston rod passes through the center of the hammer. The beneficial effects are as follows: as the oil channels are arranged inside the piston rod, rotational torque produced by oil to the vibration part is avoided, the bending deformation of the support rods is avoided, the resistance of vertical movement of the hammer is reduced, the output force of a vibration source is increased, random noise interference generated by a vibration source structure is eliminated, and the signal-to-noise ratio of excitation wave of a vibration source is improved.
