Abstract

The invention relates to a manual release device for a vehicle parking brake cylinder. The manual release device comprises a manual release body fixed on the outer wall of the parking brake cylinder body, wherein the manual release body is provided with a cavity; a pull pin is arranged in the cavity; the pull pin comprises a pull pin rod body and a pull pin body; a pull pin reset spring is arranged on the pull pin rod body; a manual release pull rope is connected to the upper end of the pull pin rod body; a notch is formed in the pull pin body; a circular-arc surface is arranged at the upper part of the notch wall; an inclined surface is arranged at the lower part of the notch wall; an axial groove capable of penetrating through the cylindrical surface is formed in the lower end, from the circular-arc surface to the inclined surface, of the notch wall; a rolling element is arranged in the notch; the rolling element is connected with a pull hook; the pull hook extends into the parking brake cylinder body through the axial groove of the pull pin and the opening of the parking brake cylinder body; a pull hook reset spring is arranged on the pull hook. According to the manual release device for the vehicle parking brake cylinder, the input force is transmitted through the inclined surface of the pull pin, the force value is amplified, the needed manual release pulling force is reduced, the operation is reliable and labor-saving, and a range value of the input force required by manual release can be acquired by adjusting the angle of the inclined surface and the force of the pull pin reset spring.
一种车辆停放缸的手动缓解装置,包括固定在停放缸体外壁上的手缓解本体,手缓解本体具有腔体,腔体内设有拉销,拉销由拉销杆体和拉销主体组成,拉销杆体上设有拉销复位弹簧,拉销杆体的上端连接有手动缓解拉绳,拉销主体上设有缺口,缺口壁的上部为圆弧面,缺口壁的下部为斜面,缺口壁上自圆弧面到斜面的下端设有贯通柱面的轴向槽,缺口中设有滚动件,滚动件连接有拉钩,拉钩通过通过拉销的轴向槽和停放缸体的开口深入停放缸体内,拉钩上设有拉钩复位弹簧。本发明通过拉销的斜面传递输入力,实现了力值的放大,使需要的手动缓解拉力降低,操作可靠省力,并且可以通过调整斜面角度及拉销复位弹簧力便于达到手动缓解所需要输入力的一个范围值。
