The invention relates to an intelligent mechanical device for cleaning wind turbine blades. The intelligent mechanical device comprises a climbing mechanism and a cleaning mechanism, wherein the climbing mechanism comprises a telescopic mechanism and two fixing mechanisms; each fixing mechanism comprises a supporting plate and two fixing units; each fixing unit comprises a first driving motor, a supporting rod, a first drive shaft, a sleeve and a fastening plate; the telescopic mechanism comprises a driving unit and two telescopic units; and the cleaning mechanism comprises a cleaning unit and two moving units. According to the intelligent mechanical device for cleaning wind turbine blades, due to alternative operations of the fixing mechanisms and the telescopic mechanism, the equipment can climb upwards along a tower of a wind turbine, so that the equipment can be cleaned without a tall bracket, and the volume of the equipment is reduced. Moreover, the blades are clamped by two cleaning blocks in the cleaning mechanism so as to be cleaned; and because the blades stop rotating in the cleaning process and the two cleaning blocks start cleaning from two sides of the blades, the cleaning efficiency can be guaranteed.
