本发明涉及石油化工产品技术领域,具体涉及一种用甲基异丙醇胺和环氧丙烷连续生产N‑甲基二异丙醇胺的方法,该方法将甲基异丙醇胺和环氧丙烷在混合器混合均匀后,进入反应器中反应,然后将所得的含有N‑甲基二异丙醇胺的粗产品在精馏塔中蒸馏,即可获得精产品N‑甲基二异丙醇胺,该生产工艺填补了连续生产N‑甲基二异丙醇胺的空白,且能高效、稳定地生产出高质量、高收率的N‑甲基二异丙醇胺,具有节省人力劳动和降低生产成本的优点。
The invention relates to the technical field of petrochemical products, in particular to a method of using methyl isopropanolamine and epoxypropane to continuously produce N-methyl diisopropanolamine. The method includes: well mixing methyl isopropanolamine and epoxypropane in a mixer, and enabling a mixture to enter a reactor for reaction; distilling an obtained crude product containing N-methyl diisopropanolamine in a rectifying tower to obtain a refined product, N-methyl diisopropanolamine. The method fills in a gap in continuously producing N-methyl diisopropanolamine, can produce high-quality high-yield N-methyl diisopropanolamine efficiently and stably and has the advantages of saving manual labor and lowering production cost.
