Abstract

The invention provides a flat knife splicing and stamping process. According to the flat knife splicing and stamping process, multiple flat knives are seamlessly spliced and then stamped, one-knife stamping forming of a product with the length being larger than 800 mm is achieved, the dimensional accuracy and stamping efficiency of the product are improved, the yield is increased, and the production cost is reduced. According to the flat knife splicing and stamping process, multiple knife molds are arranged in the product length direction, and except for the first knife mold and the last knife mold, the rest of the knife molds are all middle knife molds; the knife mold parts, corresponding the outer portion of the product shape, of the front end and the rear end, in the length direction, of each middle knife mold are provided with butt joint connectors; a corresponding butt joint connector is arranged at the position, corresponding to the butt joint connector of the second knife mold, of the rear end of the first knife mold; a corresponding butt joint connector is arranged at the position, corresponding to the butt joint connector of the last but one knife mold, of the front end of the last knife mold; all the knife molds are spliced to form an overall knife mold structure according to the length direction of the inward concave part of the product appearance; and the knife molds and a corresponding lower mold are combined into a whole through locating screw holes formed in the knife molds.
本发明提供了一种平刀拼接冲压工艺,其将多把平刀无缝拼接后冲压,实现了长度>800mm的产品的一刀冲压成型,使得产品尺寸精度提高、冲压效率提高,提高了良率,降低了生产成本。其根据产品长度方向设置若干个刀模,除第一刀模和最后一个刀模外其余均为中间刀模,所述中间刀模的长度方向的前端、后端对应于产品形状外的刀模部分设置有对接接口,所述第一刀模的后端对应于第二刀模的对接接口位置设置有相对应的对接接口,最后一个所述刀模的前端对应于倒数第二刀模的对接接口位置设置有对应的对接接口,所有的刀模根据产品外形的内凹部分长度方向拼接形成整体刀模结构,每个所述刀模分别通过刀模上设置的定位螺丝孔和对应的下部模具组合形成整体。
