Abstract

本发明公开了一种外圆表面微细螺旋纹梳理工艺,将完成磨削后的轴承内圈装夹在磨床上,砂轮外圆表面距轴承内圈外圆表面距离10um~20um,并且保持砂轮没有进给,仅利用砂轮旋转时离心力作用,使得砂轮表面砂粒的最尖部均匀扫过轴承内圈外圆表面,梳理其表面微细螺旋纹,以形成直线纹理,且砂轮扫过轴承内圈外圆表面的相对速度为60m/s,并保证轴承内圈外圆表面各点梳理次数达到250周次以上。本发明将微细螺旋纹修改成为垂直于轴线的纹理,避免微细螺旋纹的存在影响轴承使用寿命。
The invention discloses an external circle surface micro spiral texture carding process. A ground bearing inner ring is clamped to a grinding machine, the distance between the external circle surface of a grinding wheel and the external circle surface of the bearing inner ring is 10-20 micrometers, the grinding wheel is kept free of feeding, the sharpest portion of sand on the surface of the grinding wheel evenly sweeps the external circle surface of the bearing inner ring only through the centrifugal force effect produced when the grinding wheel is rotated, the surface micro spiral textures are carded to form linear textures, the relative speed of the grinding wheel sweeping the external circle surface of the bearing inner ring is 60 m/s, and it is ensured that the carding frequency of all points on the external circle surface of the bearing inner ring reaches 250 cycles or more. Micro spiral textures are modified to be the textures perpendicular to the axial line, and the problem that the micro spiral textures exist to affect the service life of a bearing is avoided.
