Inertia type vibration exciter of double-coil single-action magnet structure based on convection heat dissipation

Abstract

The invention provides an inertia type vibration exciter of a double-coil single-action magnet structure based on convection heat dissipation. The inertia type vibration exciter comprises a movable magnet (1), an upper coil (13), a lower coil (14), plate springs, a housing (2) and a heat dissipation device; the two ends of the movable magnet (1) are of annular tubular structures arranged symmetrically, so that a magnetic field generated by the movable magnet (1) forms a loop along the tube walls of the annular tubular structures; an annular hole (22) is formed in the end face of the outer side of each annular tubular structure; the upper coil (13) and the lower coil (14) are symmetrically located in the two annular holes (22); after the upper coil (13) and the lower coil (14) are connected with reverse alternating current, equidirectional electromagnetic exciting force is formed between the upper coil (13) and the movable magnet (1) and between the lower coil (14) and the movable magnet (1), so that relative movement is generated between the movable magnet (1) and the housing (2), and vibration exciting is formed; and the heat dissipation device cools the inertia type vibration exciter by driving air to flow. The heat dissipation capability of the inertia type vibration exciter is improved, the long-time and high-power working reliability of the inertia type vibration exciter is improved.
