The invention discloses a mining crushing grinding device. The mining crushing grinding device comprises a transportation cavity, wherein a discharge hole is formed in the lower side at the right end of the transportation cavity; a crushing grinding cavity is arranged at the lower side of the discharge hole; a crushing cavity is arranged at the upper side of the crushing grinding cavity; a screening mesh is arranged at the lower side of the crushing cavity; vibrators are arranged at the left end and the right end at the lower side of the screening mesh; a guide plate is arranged at the lower side of the screening mesh; discharge tubes are arranged at the left end and the right end of the middle part of the guide plate; a grinding cavity is arranged outside the lower ends of the discharge tubes; a discharge tube is arranged at the lower side of the grinding cavity; an electrical control box is arranged at the lower end at the right side of the crushing grinding cavity; supporting legs are arranged on four corners at the lower side of the crushing grinding cavity; a connecting plate is arranged at the lower sides of the supporting legs; a plurality of connecting rods are arranged at the lower end of the connecting plate; return springs are arranged outside the connecting rods; a rubber pad is arranged at the outer end at the lower side of the connecting plate; and a bottom plate is arranged at the lower side of the rubber pad. According to the mining crushing grinding device disclosed by the invention, a transportation rotary shaft, a crushing rotary shaft, a screening device, a grinding device and a vibration damping device are arranged, so that transportation, crushing and grinding of coal are effectively convenient, working efficiency is improved, and vibrations are reduced.
